Our 2018 Scholarship Dinner Benefit

Sorority alumnae, collegians, friends, family, daughters and neighbors joined us on April 26, 2018, for our Scholarship Dinner Benefit. We were honored to feature Ms. Barbara Rinella for an evening of exciting storytelling, with seated dinner, silent auction and drawing.

Barbara presented a dramatization of "The Hamilton Affair" by Elizabeth Cobbs. With all the excitement and fascination of Alexander Hamilton's contributions, struggles, and historical significance set to music in the Broadway hit, Barbara shifted the focus to Hamilton's wife, Eliza. Her challenges and accomplishments proved amazing! Additionally, two dashing gentlemen from a Revolutionary War reinactment group joined us in full uniform, to graciously greet the attendees and offer knowledgable historic perspectives of the era.

Money raised helped benefit scholarships for local high school graduating seniors that planned to attend a NPC college or university in the fall. In addition, we help CNSAPA sponsor sorority women from both Northwestern University and Lake Forest College to attend the annual UIFI (Undergraduate Inter-Fraternity Institute) Summer Leadership Conference. Attendees learn life-enriching leadership skills to bring back to campus for the betterment of their sorority and our Greek organizations.
